Originally from Vienna (Austria), Krystina lives in London (UK). She took up analog photography during her degree in Fine Art in the 90s. Subsequently she worked in independent film, development education and urban regeneration. Since 2007 she has focussed on photography, exhibiting regularly in London. Her works feature in various international magazines, in print and on-line. She won a competition that brought her to Yangzhou, (China), collaborated with a Canadian poet which involved passing time in Palestine and Israel, and more recently, her series “Tales without Borders’ was awarded a solo exhibition in Budapest (Hungary). In 2015 she collaborated with a New York based abstract painter and self-published 'Duets". In 2016 she collaborated with a German photographer and published the photobook 'Linger' which contains over 30 of her photographs.

Her limited edition prints are in private collections in the US, UK, Australia and various European countries.

High Noon Culture (September) - free travel and accommodation, plus a commission to photograph aspects of the ancient city of Yangzhou (China). International competition and award was sponsored by the City of Yangzhou and China Photo Press.
